The refinement of the Hevea milk is a unique two-week artisan process that requires more than 50 manual operations of extreme thoroughness.Milk is poured byhand into steel molds that stand on a warm water bath.

OUTSOLE FINISH
After an hour, the sole is removed from the mold and placed in a cold water bath for a day, keeping the alveolar structure open while the material cures. Afterwards, they get in hot air dryer, and a day later they are left in cold water, for one more day.Finally, they follow a long drying phase for a full week, until they are finished and inspected.
